Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Vehicle Cleaning: Perform meticulous interior and exterior cleaning, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and conditioning leather seats.

• Paint & Exterior Restoration: Utilize specialized tools (such as high-speed buffers, clay bars, and extractors) to safely remove minor scratches, oxidation, and stains from vehicle surfaces.

• Engine & Trim Detailing: Degrease engine bays, clean trunk components, and restore exterior plastic/rubber trim to showroom quality.

• Quality Control Inspection: Carefully inspect completed vehicles to ensure they meet the strict dealership standards for display or customer delivery; report any mechanical or cosmetic defects immediately to management.

• Lot Organization & Transport: Safely move, park, and organize vehicles across the dealership lot to optimize space and presentation.

• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe wash bay and tool storage area in strict compliance with OSHA and dealership safety standards.

• Efficiency & Collaboration: Work efficiently under tight deadlines to ensure vehicles are ready for the sales team and customers, collaborating seamlessly with service advisors and lot managers.

Qualifications

• Driver's License: Valid license and a clean, insurable driving record required.

• Experience: Detailer or paint correction experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift in varying weather conditions (heat/cold).

• Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
