Responsibilities

• Guest Assistance: Help retail guests, wholesale partners, and our service tech team find the exact parts they need.

• Upselling & Specials: Suggest companion parts and share current specials to ensure complete repairs and maximize sales.

• System Management: Handle incoming calls, provide fast price quotes, and keep inventory system data accurate.

• Special Orders: Manage special orders and immediately notify customers when their parts arrive.

• Payment & Invoicing: Accurately process payments and handle record-keeping for repair orders, invoices, and insurance estimates.

• Inventory Control: Stock shelves, organize daily shipments, and relentlessly follow up on back-ordered items.

• Sourcing & Logistics: Sourcing out-of-stock parts from outside vendors and coordinate emergency orders when time is critical.

• Team Support: Update the Parts Manager on stock levels and assist with parts deliveries whenever needed.

• Continuous Training: Stay ahead of the curve by participating in training for new products and system updates.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of dealership parts experience required.

• Age & License: 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and a solid driving history.

• Communication: Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active in a busy warehouse environment.
